Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Methods for preventing sculk spreading

It is quite annoying when making a nether based sculk farm when using soul sand to make basalt generator because the soul sand can be spreaded by the sculk.I would like to see a way to prevent sculk spreading on dirt，stone，soul sand and something like that.It would be cool to use lapis to exert a magic on the blocks to protect them and can be removed by hoes because lapis ought to have more uses

    Sculk can already be contained by creating barriers that can’t be replaced by sculk.

    I agree, some of the things skulk can spread to makes little sense, but there are fairly simple ways around this.
