After testing this sculk shrieker change so many hours, and as the development of the wild update is ending I would like to say that, i really think that the sculk shrieker doesn´t needs the "can_summon" block state, because too much players (including me) wants to recolect shriekers not just for decoration, but for summon a warden in non-deep dark (naturally generated) cave enviroment, and i think that sculk farms need to have this potential risk of spawning a warden because that´s the real function of the shrieker, and what´s the point of obtaining a shrieker if it won´t do it´s basic function (summon the warden).
So just leave the shrieker as it was in the experimental snapshot, which for me was more than perfect.
