Okay, let's face it: the Minecraft Mob Vote of 2020 disappointed us all. The glow ink sac doesn't have any uses besides making signs glow. Potions are good tools in PvP, and could help you take down bosses like the Ender Dragon, the Wither, and countless bosses from Minecraft mobs, and the glow ink sac seems like it should be a brewing ingredient, so why not give one of the most useless items in the game an actual use?
My idea is that when you put a glow ink sac into a brewing stand with an awkward potion, it creates a Potion of Blindness, which uses the blindness effect. You could turn it into a Splash or Lingering potion like the rest of the potions. This could be used in PvP and boss fights for blinding your enemies. Besides that, it just gives the glow ink sac an actual use!
Edit: To the people in the chat who are saying that the glow ink sac should be used for a Potion of Glowing, I feel like glow berries should be used for a Potion of Glowing. Also, a Potion of Glowing would just make something glow, and you can already do that with spectral arrows. A Potion of Blindness would be more useful, and the reason I feel like the glow ink sac should be in it is because it would give the Glow Squid an actual use. The 2020 Mob Vote was bad on two levels: A- The Vote was easily influenced by YouTubers, and B- The mob that was picked was fairly unpopular with the community, and I feel like there needs to be some kind of use for the Glow Squid to do justice.
