Ally v.s Vex

My idea is when an ally encounters a vex, the ally will turn a crimson red color and attack the vex, not only that it will pull out a small red sword that is not a drop-able item, something there for cinematic purposes.

    This is an interesting idea, but in my opinion  Allays are passive, peaceful creatures that always try to avoid danger, and so would not attack Vexes. Plus, because Allays are found in woodland mansions, Vexes would possibly kill all the Allays before the player could rescue them

    This idea could possibly be turned around. Like maybe when an vex encounters an ally, the vex will do its best to kill the allay. The ally is a peaceful mob in my opinion (like villagers) and would not like to fight for no apparent reason.
