Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

You can't smelt stone in blast furnace

    Consider that the blast furnace is designed to cook metal fast, meaning it requires more heat than a normal furnace. This would make it just melt any stone you put into it, so not being able to smelt stoen is actually accurate.

    Now smelting glass from sand, that needs to be fixed as blast furnaces are designed for melting glass.

    That is intended. Real-life blast furnaces are for metal ores, not stones.
