Tempo Rifter is an enchantment that can only be applied to leggings and is incompatible with Thorns.
When a mob attacks the player five times, the mob is inflicted with Wither III for 3 seconds and the player deals 25% more attack damage to that specific mob for every five hits the mob attacks the player, up a maximum of fifteen hits and the player deals 75% more attack damage to that specific mob.
Tempo Rifter is classed as a treasure enchantment, meaning it cannot be found from enchantment tables. This enchantment cannot be obtained from Villagers. The only way to obtain it is from Woodland Mansions, Ancient Cities, and End Cities.
This enchantment has only one level. It can only be applied to leggings and is incompatible with the Thorns enchantment.
When the player applies this enchantment to leggings for the first time, an advancement called "Just Like a Midnight Rifter" is given to the player. When the player has this enchantment applied to their leggings and they enter combat at night, an advancement called "Now We're Truly a Rifter" is given to the player.
