Block Glass is a type of glass that has a 4x4 pixel area of air in the middle of it. This air space cannot be filled with liquids or other substances. This blocks comes in color variants, including but not limited to:
Blue, Red, Green, Yellow.
When placing two Block Glass next to each other, the airspace in between will connect, but liquids still cannot be put into here.
Block Glass can be used both as a cosmetic and a utility block. This is one of the only (if not the only) block that spiders cannot climb. Also, mobs see it as open air, so they will try to walk through it, but they can't.
Block Glass is crafted with eight regular glass blocks in a crafting table, leaving the middle space empty. You can dye Block Glass by inserting one piece of it next to the dye color you want to color it. You can dye it in a 2x2 crafting grid.
When Block Glass is broken without silk touch, it drops nothing.
Block Glass is more fragile than regular glass.
Block Glass cannot be crafted into glass panes.
Keep in mind that the airspace in the middle of the block may cause glitches like phasing through the glass. If this idea is announced, these bugs will have to be fixed, and that goes without saying.
