Piglins, Villagers and Illagers have a eating animation

At safe times, they have a chance to show such an animation.
The skeletons could also have an inventory like the villagers, and if they picked up some food, they could chew the food, but the particles would fall through them.

    This should only apply to mobs that eat. It seems pointless to me to have hostile mobs eat when you never see it.

    Skeletons and Illagers have a short line of sight, so we can see them when they're still. In addition, there are also invisibility potions and mob heads.
