Vitality Clock

This would be crafted with 4 echo shards around a clock, it will show you mobs health in a sense, the clock will be full when you are looking at a mob with 100% health, and then would lower based on their % of missing health.

    Yes, a great substitute for the health bar.
    As an alternative, I can suggest that the clock will show the time until the arrival of phantoms and delay this event when gaining experience.
