make dripstone caves less common/mesa gold ore generation to override it

I feel like every time I go mining I'm always in a dripstone cave. I end up with way too much copper and feel like I can't avoid the dripstone caves biome if I try. This usually isn't a huge issue other than the build up of copper but it becomes very annoying in a mesa biome when I'm looking for gold ore but I can't find any because every single cave there is a dripstone cave biome so instead of getting any gold I just get the regular build up of copper.

    I've noticed similar things with Mountain biomes where Emerald Ore generates. What they need is some way to blend them together, so if a Dripstone Cave is under a Mesa it's still possible for the extra gold to generate or something.

    (I've never had the problem of Dripstone Caves being too common though, I think it's just that when they do generate they're huge so it seems common but it's really all the same cave).
