make dripstone caves less common/mesa gold ore generation to override it

    I've noticed similar things with Mountain biomes where Emerald Ore generates. What they need is some way to blend them together, so if a Dripstone Cave is under a Mesa it's still possible for the extra gold to generate or something.

    (I've never had the problem of Dripstone Caves being too common though, I think it's just that when they do generate they're huge so it seems common but it's really all the same cave).
