Fast Travel Block in Minecraft

An expensive block made through rare items (such as a nether star) that crafts 2 blocks allowing for fast travel. However, using the block will cost an expensive item such as diamonds, amethyst, or netherite ingots in order to use the fast travel feature each time. It wouldn’t remove travel from the game due to the high expense but can save time and resources to travel to really far parts of a world that would be a hassle otherwise. The high expense makes it inaccessible and quite useless in the early game as it would be easier to just create normal travel systems. This item would be good for people with huge worlds and time to spare to set up a fast travel system by picking their most important and furthest areas to choose for fast travel, along with having enough spare rare resources to be able to use it. I do not have specific examples for recipes because I think the devs will have a better idea of what is deemed rare and balanced enough for an item like this to be useful instead of traditional travel methods.
