Please fix the resolution issue when putting banners on a shield

It’s really frustrating when you spend a long time making a pretty banner that helps you express yourself in game but whenever you put the design on a shield it gets so compressed and most of the time it just looks terrible and there’s so many mods and rescource packs that easily fix this issue why can’t that be vanilla? It’s a small fix but it would honestly make a difference for a lot of players such as myself who enjoy playing around with banners.
