Iceologer Additions to End-of-Year 2026 Ice Update

Added Iceologer, which can attack villagers, snow golems, iron golems, and players. This mob can drop an Ice Wand, which can spawn ice above and then fall down, dealing freezing effects and appropriate damage. However, this mob cannot spawn in Raids and only spawns in any ice biome except taiga and ocean ice biomes.
