Fishing rod enchantment idea

My idea is an enchantment for a fishing rod that would function as a kind of grappling hook. Like you enchant the fishing rod with it and then you can use it to swing around by hooking onto blocks. Then it would maybe disable the normal fishing on the rod. Imagine swinging around in caves with this. The enchantment could be called like swing or hook or something. Maybe there could be levels to the enchantment idk. But this is a SOLID IDEA. Trust. And maybe it can like pull you towards the block when you hook onto it. Maybe you could even hook onto players and like get pulled closer to them. Imagine that in PvP.
