Lapis Lazuli Block Set

Similar to resin, I'd recommend that the Lapis Lazuli block set is based on the resin brick texture and saturation. However, Lapis bricks would be blue. Lapis Lazuli is cooked into individual bricks just like resin bricks and formed into Lapis Lazuli Bricks the same way.
