I think blocks like the stonecutter or grindstone are useful but bring missed opportunities.
1. Like there should be a wood cutter, it makes detailed carvings and makes wood stairs cheaper because about 62% of players use wood when building so it would make these things much easier.
2. There should be a disenchanting table, this seems like a lost concept but has merit, it could take an enchantment off of something and give you back the enchanted book, while this feels like it replaces the grindstone it won't, the disenchanting table will cost exp depending on what enchantment there is, the tool will be on very low durability taking different durability depending on the enchantment, it would cost lapis to disenchant, and finally the cost of it, the cost would be 4 obsidian, 1 book, and 2 netherite scraps, in all fairness the grindstone would give you exp and remove the enchantment but the disenchanting table would take durability, exp, lapis, and is very pricey to make but you can get enchantments back from weapons and tools.
3. A new type of item thrower other than the dispenser and dropper, a discharge. This would exit everything out of it at once, this could have a mad look at its face and could be useful instead of having a series of observers and repeaters connected to a dispenser for a security measure, this could fire many of something at once like arrows or something (side-note please add wither skulls firing when put in dispensers 5% to be blue skull).
