My Minecraft Game Drop Idea
Two of Minecraft’s biomes are the desert and the beach.
Deserts: Beaches:
- Desert villages • Turtles
- Camels
- Desert wells
- Desert pyramids
- Cacti
- Dead bushes
I think that beaches should feel a bit beachier. Here are my ideas:
- Palm Trees - Palm wood and leaves would make it feel beachier as well as adding another wood type.
- Crabs - please add crabs to the game. Crabs and hermit crabs would make an amazing addition to Minecraft’s beaches. Crabs have a chance of dropping their claw, which when held in your offhand, you can reach things from further away. Hermit crabs have a chance of dropping shell fragments. If you place five shell fragments into a crafting table, making a plus sign, you get a shell. With two shells and a piece of string, you can craft a shell necklace. This could be warn in your helmet slot, giving you the scuttle effect. This means if you walk sideways, instead of just walking normally, you scuttle! This is faster than walking but takes more hunger.
- Rock Pools - rock pools could appear on beaches about 25% of the time. They are made up of stone, cobblestone, magma and water.
- Starfish - starfish would spawn in these rock pools and around shipwrecks. They don’t drop anything when killed, but they are a good source of XP. You can pick them up in a bucket for easy transport, and they would look good in aquariums
