First of the continued parts. Stay tuned because there'll probably be 3 or 4 parts at least.

Frozen Ocean - The Penguin should make a return, and the Barnacle as a threat below the ice, it could have a deep ocean variant too, deep one can be red and the other could be green or blue.

Caldera - On large mountains there can be a caldera with a lava lake, no grass, only stone and basalt. Magma Cubes could have an Overworld spawn in this place.

Desert - Now with Oasis' and palm trees and meerkats. There should be raised plateaus and exposed sandstone

Savannah - Add baobab trees, the Ostrich and Termites (They won't break wood just eat dropped sticks)

Badlands - Add the vulture and western-style villages. There should be boulders and dried-up lakes/rivers.

Redstone Mines - From Dungeons, just a Mineshaft with Illagers, a full minecart track to the bottom, and lots of redstone. Maybe some streams of lava here and there.

Pumpkin Pastures - Like in Dungeons, similar to the Dappled Forest just with less trees, it can have large villages too and lots of pumpkins, with new white pumpkins

Undercity - A structure in the deepslate layer, 3-4 times the size of a village, spawning Illagers.

Wasteland - a biome with coarse dirt, bare trees, exposed rock and no mobs, it should be extremely foggy. Not even any hills.

Jungle - Jungles with more rivers, maybe add the jungle mobs from Legends or the Whisperer from Dungeons? Lots of lush caves and spider caves, and the temple can be expanded.

    Part 3!:

Overworld Warped Forest - It'd generate further out from world spawn (second-third ring of strongholds). It could be more purple, if Mojang is going for wood colours of every type, they'd need magenta and purple, so magenta wood, strange fungus, plenty of Endermen.

Peatland - similar to a swamp, long rows of rivers/streams, no lilypads, just tall grass, firefly bushes and trees with green inner logs, they can be Pine trees, with throwable pine cones or something, because apples grow on Oak trees. Frogs, Spiders and Dragonflies can live here. Peat can be used as fuel.

Karst Landscape - an above-ground area of dripstone, this biome will always have dripstone caves under it. It'd be a rocky landscape with lakes and barely any flora. Featuring sinkholes, lots of cave entrances and some fossils.

    Nether:

Volcano - an active site featuring erupting spouts of lava like the geyser, it'd be a minibiome in basalt deltas.

Silt Beach - an area of grey sand and red shrubs near huge lava oceans. There can be exposed blackstone boulders. Hoglins, Magma Cubes and Striders would spawn here.

Glowstone Cave - a cave full of glowstone geodes, maybe with some new glowstone sprouts just like the amethyst. It can be surrounded by Nether Sulfur, and Smooth Netherrack instead of calcite and smooth basalt.

Darkwastes - a Netherwastes with blackstone as the main block instead of Netherrack. New Soulstone block could spawn here as outcrops, along with regular Netherrack clusters.

    Part 4:

    End:

End Islands - They'd be of alternating heights, making the elytra more crucial for travel, maybe some form of mob or item could help the player traverse before they reach an End City. End Cities would be renamed to End Scrapers and a new structure will take the End City Mantle, looking more like the Citadel from Dungeons. Void liquid would spawn everywhere

End Wastes - The original End biome, empty, with the occasional solitary chorus flower

End Wilds - An area of yellow grass like the one in Dungeons, there'd be the occasional spot of the bubbling grey liquid from Dungeons, some basic shrubbery and those yellow-leaf trees.

Chorus Forest - Undulating hills covered in thick and thin stalks of chorus. Thick chorus is made of full blocks similar to logs and can be turned into purple planks. There'll be big white chorus petal blocks like leaf blocks on top of chorus stalks

End Mireland - A stony area with the green acid from Dungeons that appears in the end, there'd also be purple flames burning here.

Voidland - A huge area of end islands covered in void liquid and the void stalks, an End version of the phantom would spawn here (I know the Phantom was meant to spawn in the End, but this would be a different mob, looking more like Mob D than the Phantom currently does)

    Sift:

I've got no real ideas for it. But, I think it should be similar to the Overworld, just 'Sift' version. Ichor oceans, meadow mountains, soul forests, caves.
