jars need to spit out 1 item at a time when interacting with an empty hand

Jars, as a form of storage, need to be able to release one item at a time when interacting with them while crouching with an empty hand. Because as a storage block, it doesn't make sense that you can only remove items by breaking it. The system of removing items by breaking them would still work, but it would also be possible to remove one item at a time by interacting with the item.

    Makes sense, and also would be kind of useful if you don't want to break the pot
