Utterly baffling for a dungeon crawler to not display the stats of your items. Perhaps it was some horribly misguided attempt to make the game even more casual-friendly?

agree. i already downloaded a mod for stats but i shouldn't HAVE to download a mod for the most BASIC game feature ... its insane. makes me feel like im playing an early access game, it just looks unfinished when u have basic stuff like that missing . it makes me think the devs forgot or literally just didnt care .. which is even MORE INSANE ...

Please bring back the detailed weapon statistics from the original Minecraft Dungeons.

In Minecraft Dungeons, it was possible to quickly compare weapons using clear information such as damage, attack speed, and area/range. This made it much easier to understand the actual strengths and weaknesses of each weapon and decide which one was better for a particular playstyle.

In Minecraft Dungeons II, the lack of these visible statistics makes equipment comparison much more difficult. Two weapons can have similar or even identical power levels, but behave very differently in combat, and there is no clear way to understand those differences from the inventory screen.

I would really appreciate having a detailed weapon information panel again, showing at least:

    - Attack damage
    - Attack speed
    - Area/range
    - Combo information
    - DPS, if possible
    - Ammo and projectile information for ranged weapons

Ideally, the interface could follow the simple and intuitive approach used in the original Minecraft Dungeons, with clear visual indicators as well as numerical values when appropriate.

The underlying statistics clearly matter to the game's mechanics, so exposing them to players would make build crafting, weapon comparison, and experimentation much more enjoyable.

Please consider bringing back the weapon stat display from the first game

PlayStation: Purchased game for my kids and immediately they say it’s worse the MD1. “Where are the weapon and armor stats” “how do I know which one is better” — This seems like a big miss on this game, they enjoyed figuring out together what was the right combo of gear to take on the next challenge.
PLEASE bring back equipment details & stats quickly in an update!!!

Without this information, the game feels more childish; with it, it resembles *Diablo* and feels more realistic—much more fun to play with my son or on my own. thank you

I think it should have both the number display and the 3 bars (speed/range etc.)

i agree, there are stats of 4 weapons on the page of the game in Minecraft Launcher, and it doesnt tell you that in the game

I agree. Power level alone is not enough to compare gear. Please bring back the combat stats from the first game, including damage, range, and the other numbers that used to be shown.
I would also like effect names and tiers in the full inventory, not only in the mini inventory. The description can appear when you select the effect or open a submenu. In the first game the names and tiers were listed on the item, which made it much easier to judge how well a piece was set up at a glance.

i still don´t know how much each armor reduces damage or how much damage a weapon makes

there is no reason to not show us how much damage somthing makes

No reason to hide them, If the focus really is for the casual players then at-least make it a toggle-able setting for the players who care, it makes finding the right gear a miserable experience. Absolutely hate it. Add it back.
