End update (ores)

There should be ores in the end just like in the nether and the overworld. Such as Ender quartz which can craft the same blocks as regular quartz but can also be used to set teleport points if you put it into a cauldron. There should also be void lava which is like pink and purple lava that does double damage but is safe for enderman.
