A local or platform skin could not be loaded or whatever

I know y'all got an update released, but DAMN.. please fix this bug! Bc the skins worked a month ago before this update was released.

    A Local or platform skin cannot be loaded

    MAN THIS ISSS SO FRUSTATING, in every previous update my skin stayed every time i logged in, now? nahhh it keeps changing to default skin, back in the previous updates it used to stay even when you were offline and logged in, but now .......

    I just updated minecraft 4 days ago and it's still the same problem even if I reopen the game, restart my phone, and clearing cache and it still stays the same. I just hope this stupid bug gets fixed

    The skin has been a personal and foundational feature of Minecraft since nearly the very beginning. It IS important enough to be considered a major bug. I can not even begin to express the level of frustration I am feeling seeing the custom skin function broken.

    This is very much frustrating as well... Everytime I login, my skin resets. This is very much a Bugrock feature whenever Mojang decided to update their games in Bedrock.

    Minecraft Bedrock needs to have better custom skin support already similar to Java. In the era where the Marketplace is getting flooded by hideous looking GenAI slop, some of us would prefer just having our own skins while not being forced to sail through mud and loading to get there. Or at least a better way to manage our custom and official skins we own than the mess we have right now.

    The fact that we can't even mix our custom skins with the neat little achievement unlock cosmetics also really sucks when Java can easily do that with Spark Universe's mod.

    Can't even be about consoles not allowing custom skins since you have that toggle for Sony and other consoles to see custom skins and they've allowed the uploading of custom images through phones and PC for over a decade now on top of the ability of letting all these platforms download custom texture packs.

    The fact that you only get one custom skin slot and have to constantly fix my skin when shifting from mobile to PC to console were bad enough but this new bug makes things even worse! :( There are benefits to the premium skins that custom skins could never have like the unique shapes and sizes. They don't need to make the custom skin experience so miserable on Bedrock, it doesn't drive up sales, it just pushes many to Java and burns goodwill.

    Ever since the new update, I've been having this same problem. I reupload my skins and when I log out they're gone.

    I hear y'all, I kind of fixed it on my account by just using Steve. It's invisible for a few moments until I reopened the app by using the go back button (I'm on Samsung one UI btw 🥹) but that's my update for you guys. I'm praying the next drop doesn't break Minecraft bedrock 🙏🏼🥹

    Bro that's horrible my custom skin uploaded from gallery now resetting ito default skin whenever I close the app.Mojan g I like your updates but at what cost MAN...please fix this as soon as possible.

    Hope mojang fix this awful bug, mine even cannot change my defaut skin (steve) to custom skin in minecraft, the new update is awsome but it give lack of freedom to player for changing their skin

    Skins are still broken. Even if you upload the skin everytime you login, other players see a default skin.

    Skins dont appear everytime I launch the game. I add them back, close it, and when I launch again, they are gone.

    The same is happening to me & when I put the skin back on, & then load into a game with my freinds they can't see my skin. It looks like a default skin to them
