End Ore & Exclusive Respawn block

On my opinion there should be an ore in the end dimension exclusive to it and a Respawn block exclusive to it. This ore could be the strongest ore in the game and also maybe there could be end useful enchantments like soul speed for the nether we could have Ungaze to not engage ender an without wearing a pumpkin.to
