Sunken Caves, Nether Caves, Milky potions and Tipped Swords

So my first idea is The Nether going down to -32 and having wither skeles and blazes spawning there (if u can get there urv been to a fortress)

My second idea is sunken caves that copy the biome above them and have boulders dotted around with 5x the ores and any ore could spawn there

My third idea is being able to brew milk into bottles and tipped arrows and if u added another potion to it it would make the milk not remove that effect

My fourth idea being that u can tip swords (it would only last a few swings) and have another curse that u could only get from villagers that would invert the enchants (only so u can have a med sword)
