Minecraft's block palette has a very limited amount of vibrant blues, and Lapis becomes mostly useless once your armour and tools are fully enchanted. I suggest solving both of these issues by adding a full set of Lapis building blocks by adding chiseled, brick, smooth, and polished variants, including stairs slabs and walls!
