so basically 4 new items, the Bone Flute, the Lute, the Shaker and the Drum

Drum

the Drum is a new block/item that is crafted from leather, wood, string and iron nuggets. You can place it, and when interacted with your fist it will play a drum sound. You can also craft a Chest drum, which when equipped on the body slot, will let you play a drum with a stick (When the stick is interacted with, if you have the Chest drum equipped; it will play the drum sound)

 

Bone Flute

Crafted with a bone and paper, you can play the Bone flute. When interacted with, you will enter Playing mode. You cannot change your hotbar slot or move. You can crouch, jump and move your camera. Using the keybinds 1,2,3,4,5,6, and 7 you can play the instrument. You can also play it in your offhand.

 

Lute

Crafted with wood, gold nuggets and string, this instrument works like the Bone flute, but plays a lute sound.

 

Shakers

The last item on this list. Crafted with an egg and sand/gravel, you can use this item to play a shaking sound. If you have it in both the main hand and off-hand, you can play louder.

 

Musician Villager

This villager can trade discs and instruments for around 10 - 20 emeralds. For trading disc, you also need an extra iron ingot. For the instruments, you will also need one of it's ingredients to trade.

    The ideas are good, but I don't want a villager selling disc. It's better to have exclusive records that can be found in chests or obtained through creepers.
