The idea is to introduce generated authored books that combine player education, exploration and fragmented lore.
This could introduce a new way how villages can communicate with players through books, while keeping their classic personalities. books could depend on profession and biome, giving villages their own knowledge and unique culture. farmers could teach crops, breeding and local mobs, fishermen- fishing and ocean mechanics, clerics- brewing and mob loot, Smiths-tools and enchantments, Cartographers- maps, compasses lodestones rumors, Librarians- broader knowledge. Different biome villages could know different things from snowy to taiga to desert.
books could also drive exploration for players. Cartographers could record rumours of structures generated in that seed. pillagers could carry/drop scouting journals mentioning ruinds, shipwrecks or villagers while the woodland mansions contain Illager experiments.
Archeology could introduce damaged texts like Ancient Chronicles III/IV, across trail ruins, temples, strongholds, Ancient Cities, The Nether and The End. These could contain warnings, forgotten/advanced knowledge and legends about mobs, creepers, endermen, piglins, the warden, wither, guardians and ancient civilizations.
dont confirm the lore, but let the cultures contradict each other and players interpret the evidence
A book update could teach the mechanics naturallly while also giving adventure to players making knowledge itself valubable loot.
