mobile keybord and mouse For the gamers suggestions

Sneak/fly down tap and hold option should be brought mobile keybord and mouse gamers and not work muse left click and right click i mean block not destroying and block placing and my friend mobile are working mouse but my mobile not work please help any gamers issue and You can go and search youtube and see this problem You should avoid unnecessary things  in minecraft
