- The way that this would work, is that you would be able to fish your items back to you, including armor, weapons, items, and blocks.
The rarity:
- 0.5% Chance W/Nothing
- 2.5% Chance W/Luck of the Sea I
- 4.5% Chance W/Luck of the Sea II
- 6.5% Chance W/Luck of the Sea III |-| The valid parameters that allow for retrieval:
- Your item has to despawn on its own, if it gets destroyed or lost in the void the item will not come back
- They can not be retrieved if they have curse of vanishing, they will vanish permanently; hence the name.
- You may not retrieve items that were dropped by you intentionally, you have to die with them in your inventory for the items to count as retrievable for it to work.
They may be able to be retrieved in water in the overworld, even when lost in the nether but must still despawn naturally by their timer to avoid the system from being messed up with intentionally dropped trash items.
All tools and armor will always be damaged upon retrieval, if a armor piece is on its last durability point it break, in which it will permanently break the moment you hold it in your inventory as a risk and a counter to make this system less overpowered. - [Luck of the sea will still lower the chances of you getting junk items back with reach level.]
Please note that this system may be complex, as it needs to save extra data for “retrievable” items, this system may also still be overpowered and may be nerfed in any way the developers. - Please let me know what you all think of this system
