new feature in the screeching sculk

I propose something new in the block that summons the guardian... In my opinion: it should appear only twice in each screech block, and for that block to reactivate again, there will be a condition that someone dies near or on top of the screech block, and can summon a new guardian two more times...

 

 

And so on repeat the same cycle
