Bring back swipe crafting on Bedrock!!

Only on the latest version of Bedrock (26.4), the ability to double tap and drag to spread even stacks of items across the inventory/crafting menu has been removed. Yesterday, before the update, I was able to craft just fine! But today the only way I can craft without the book is to hold down and manually separate my stacks of items into smaller chunks, which takes atrociously long!! I've been using swipe crafting for years and years, so I'm faster at it than I am at book crafting. PLEASE make crafting bearable again!!
