Potion Rework

As usual, adding redstone dust and glowstone dust will enhance the potion's length or potency but you can now add redstone dust to extend the potion's duration by 33.33% per redstone dust (which is one minute for most potions such as strength or speed but regeneration is shorter so it will only increase by 15 seconds (as it is 45 seconds by default)) The increase in duration is 33.33% of the stanadard duration. Brewing potions will only take 10 seconds now (200 game ticks). The player can add glowstone dust to increase the potency by 1 up to 3, then they will have to use glowstone blocks up to level 5. Health boost potions can be brewed with a nether star too. Fire Resistance potions are now 20% damage reduction

    we could also rework fire resistance to block 20% of fire damage
