Start by making a Nether Portal shape with soul sand. Wither Skeletons and Wither Skulls would no longer spawn in the Nether, and you cannot spawn the Wither normally anymore. Instead you would have to go to a trial chamber to get one Wither Skull at the same chance as a heavy core. You would then have to place the skull on one of the bottom soul sand blocks on the portal. This will make the skull drop and it would light the portal black instead of purple like a Nether Porta . Entering the portal would spawn you in the Wither dimension. It would look like an end island, just made out of soul sand. This island would have no pillars, in the middle the would be 4 soul sand blocks and two Wither Skeleton Skulls as if a player was building the Wither. The middle skull would be missing. The skull that fell from the portal when it lit is the skull you place in the middle of the Wither structure. Placing it will spawn the Wither along with 5 Wither skeletons every ten minutes. The skulls the Wither throws should not break any blocks on the island or that the player places, only the Wither itself could break blocks. Defeating it would kill all Wither Skeletons and drop a wither star every time and a special Wither sword that is equivalent to a unenchanted Netherite sword. The sword should inflict blindness and withering to players for 3 seconds. The sword cannot be enchanted at all. The sword should only drop the first time the Wither is killed on the server.
