Expensive teleportation portals

Please, create an expensive teleportation portal so the portal wouldn’t make the game much easier, however for the players, who played for a long time in a “forever world” or people on realms, there would be an opportunity to set up a quick access new point (so you wouldn’t need to have long flights through the nether) to be able to explore new locations and biomes. The way the portal would work: to create a portal you need netherite blocks instead of obsidian, and you need at least 10 of them per teleport and 20 total of the netherite block for both locations +8 random blocks. For example: the 10 netherite blocks would be placed the same way as obsidian portals 2 blocks at each top and bottom and 3 on each side and in the corners you have to place random blocks (all 4 must be the same), for example stone blocks. The portal on the other side will need to have also 4 same blocks to be able to link the portals. If you want to create a different teleportation portal then you have to use a different type of random block to be able to link it to another location. If 3+ portals linked with the same type of random block, then the portal will randomly transports you to one of the locations

    This is a separate portal for teleportation only, the nether portal stays the same as always
