New Blue Forest Biome (Skyland Forest)

I really want a biome with light blue wood, and the biome could be very rare and spawn as an island in the sky, with light blue water running down to the ground, for players to float up into the island, so the update could also maybe add coloured water, a feature players have been begging for for sooo looong. The trees would also have beautiful light blue leaves, maybe even with a bit of pastel green details! The biome would also have light blue grass, which matches the light blue theme (pastel blue)
