Bluetooth Controller Support on Java

I think that adding controller support to Java edition would make players who normally play Bedrock on console more comfortable. The default controls for controllers on Bedrock would probably also be there on Java as the default controls.

The offhand would work the same way as with keyboard/mouse, where if you are sneaking and use the use item/place block function it will use the item in your offhand. If the item in your mainhand can't be placed and has do special use function, it would just use the item in your offhand regardless if it can be placed or used.
