Tnt minecart buff in bedrock edition

Dear microsoft I have a slight inconvenience with tnt-minecarts as I have noticed in Java edition if you hit a tnt-minecart with a flame bow or with a arrow that's on fire it explodes like it's supposed but the mechanics of java are too different from bedrock as the Tnt-minecart deals more damage based on the speed of the arrow. however in bedrock edition there is no such thing as it does 2 hearts of damage. This is really crucial to a pvp technique named tnt-minecarting if the Tnt-minecart are such low damaging it is no use for using them making them useless until used in vain i would like mojang to make the Tnt-minecart mechanism the same as in bedrock

    Dear mojang or whoever this may concern as a loud and proud bedrock player I truly am
    Fighting the urge to invest in such equipment to enjoy the game to its full extent (Java) I see no real reason to not add another aspect of the game for players to enjoy the highs and lows we are all getting bored of flying in the the air and calling it pvp real pvp involves investment practice and precision all of which is found in cart so please Mr Minecraft from MysteryMAN1061
