How it Works:
Instead of destroying the enchantment for XP, players can place a Book in the new slot. The enchantments from the tool or armor piece are transferred onto the Book, creating an Enchanted Book.

To prevent this from being overpowered, the process should have strict conditions:
- Destruction: The original tool or armor piece is completely destroyed in the process, regardless of its durability.
- XP Cost: Instead of giving XP, extracting an enchantment costs player XP levels based on how powerful the enchantments are.
- Randomness: If an item has multiple enchantments (e.g., Sharpness V and Unbreaking III), only one random enchantment is saved to the book, while the others are lost.
Why this adds to the game:
It gives players a meaningful choice when handling mob drops or old gear: Do they take the quick XP, or do they spend their own levels to save a valuable enchantment for later use?
