Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Allay charm

I think it would be great if there was a way to charm the allay mob to follow the player around the world so they could help you out by picking up items for you, plus it would be cool to have a mob that can actually travel about with you. I suggest a new item found in deep dark cities. It would look like a necklace with a skulk looking charm attached to it. This item would be completely useless to the player, however if you clicked on an allay with the charm, then the allay would wear the necklace around its neck and then follow you around the world as a companion. This would also be a great way of giving players more reason to risk venturing down into the deep dark and risk facing the warden. It would also be a great way to link the allays to the old inhabitants of the deep dark cities, showing maybe they used to charm allays to help them out.

    instead of a skulk charm an echo charm would make it be effectively bound to the charm and on its destruction it would be lost, also you could craft it after you brave the deep dark instead of being straight up given to you
