Fire aspect enchantment book should be changed back

There was a bug on bedrock that let enchantment book properties be used directly without being applied to a tool like silk touch letting you mine glass and pick it up if mined with the book and this is really cool and should be brought back. I especially think fire aspect should be brought back because I make minigames in Minecraft and giving the players a way to light candles and campfires without giving a flint and steel where they could burn something I don't want burnt or a sword that can kill things would be very nice
