Add official Offline LAN multiplayer mode

Playing Bedrock Edition with friends via LAN requires an internet connection for verification. I suggest adding an "Offline LAN" mode so players on the same network can join each other without needing the internet or account sign-in.

    We had this but they removed it! You could play on a local network without internet (a mobile Hotspot without even turning on your mobile data used to work). Then they first required internet connection and now after 26.3, you even need a Microsoft account. It shouldn't he like that, we should be able to play on LAN without accounts!

    Please mojang, create this feature, a lot of players might want to do offline multiplayer including my brothers, pleaseeeeeeeeee.
