Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Climbing Rope

A rope that is kind of like reverse scaffolding that you can climb on the sides of. It is useful for large caves that you need to get down and like scaffolding, when you right-click it with more rope, it places more blocks below. It would also be very cheap like a few string for 8 of them because the caves are very large. You can kind of already get down large gaps with a water bucket, but you can't then go back upwards. But with this rope, you could. It could also be used for decorative purposes.

    You can climb up the spilled water, but this is unrealistic and ugly.

    A rope is cool but is very difficult in coding for me.

    Lovely idea. Maybe this could be a secondary use to the hook? You need to use a hook like a bolt to then attach the rope to a wall or ceiling.
