Problem:
After beacon, progression stops. Netherite done in 20hrs. Ancient Cities have no replay value. Wardens one-shot full Netherite, so no reason to return. The "fun ends" once you're maxed. No post-beacon combat goal exists.
Solution: Warden Plate armor + Echo Totem via new mob/structure.
1. The Mourner
- Spawns in new "Sculk Bastion" below Y=-40
- 40 HP, Sonic Boom: 6 dmg, ignores armor
- Neutral if wearing Warden Plate
- Drops "Reinforced Fragment" 9%
2. Warden Plate Template
- Found in Sculk Bastions, 14.5% chest rate
- Smithing: Netherite + Reinforced Ingot + Template
- 9 Fragments = 1 Ingot, ~830 kills avg
3. Sonic Boom Resistance
New attribute: minecraft:generic.sonic_boom_resistance
- Full set = 90% reduction, capped
- Vs Warden: 6 dmg -> 0.6 dmg = 0.3 hearts
- Tanky but not immune. Groups still kill
4. Echo Totem
- Hardened Totem: Totem + Netherite. Pop: +2.5 HP, Health Boost V 60s
- Echo Totem: Hardened + Reinforced Ingot. Pop:
* 5 HP + Regen III + Resistance II
* Sculk Veil 60s: Wardens ignore you
* Echoing Health 30s: +20 temp empty hearts
* Boom Nullify: Next 3 booms = 0 dmg
Balance: Full set ~180hrs grind. Totem ~10hrs/pop. Uses vanilla systems. Gives Deep Dark 100+ hr replay value.
