Add back attribute swapping

It's a major PVP mechanic, and by removing this, it ruins a lot of kits and gamemodes, such as UHC, spearmace, and mace. Also, it's not even an issue in normal gameplay. If anything, it helps.

    This is a cuiral part of pvp and is not That op for the skill it takes to be consistent at.

    Idk why did they do this as soon as there is a reasonable glitch that is fun to play around with they remove it

    Make it a game feature Minecraft would be better that way
