In reality, poplar trees are known for their distinct pale green, olive, or sage-colored heartwood found in the center of the logs.
Instead of forcing a dull gray look into a vibrant autumn Overworld biome, Mojang should embrace this botanical fact and give Poplar wood a subtle, earthy pale green shade.

- Completes the Color Palette: Minecraft builders have wanted a terrestrial green wood set for years. We have alien teal (Warped), rich red (Crimson), and warm orange (Acacia), but a soft, natural pale green is the key missing piece on the color wheel.
