Make it so we can activate texture packs in game like Java and bedrock/mcpe

Make it so we can activate texture packs while we are playing a game which is going to make it easier for us to have less stress

    You have stress when you can't change your texture pack in a world? Imagine the stress you would get if you changed your texture pack while a creeper is behind you...
