Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Stone & wood slabs should behave the same

It would be nice to be able to use wood on the stone cutter to make wood slabs. When placing stone on top of a wood slab, they don't combine to make one block.

 

I think it allows for unique builds as a feature that the some blocks don't combine. But I also think that when crouching, having the option to combine slabs of different materials would be cool.

    Yes you can make a cool desing of columns with this mechanic
