Since tridents are Rare they should be allowed to have sharpness and power as options since they are barely used as weapons but it also should have restrictions to maintain balance.
For example:
if you had sharpness on a trident you could not have channeling,loyalty or impaling
if you had power you could not have riptide, impaling or channeling
So basically each options for best possible enchants would look like this:
Option 1:
Sharpness V
Riptide III
Unbreaking III
Mending
Option 2:
Power V
Loyalty III
Unbreaking III
Mending
Option 3:
Channeling
Impaling V
Loyalty III
Unbreaking III
