Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

✨ Food Update ✨

I think there should be more Minecraft food items. Plates could be added to Minecraft and they could have a crafting recipe of either clay, bricks or glass. You would be able to add up to four food items onto the plate. It would be like an item frame, but you could put more than one item (food item) in it. There could also be more types of food like vegetables, such as lettuce or tomatoes, and you should be able to make chocolate, which, if you fed it to a dog or a parrot, it would kill them. And instead of just having plain food items, I think it would be fun to have dishes and more stews/soups. Another thing that would come with the food update is that you should have placeable food. For example, instead of just being able to place it on a cake you could be able to place down things like bowls, fruits, and meat. Overall, I think a food update would be a much needed addition to Minecraft that would make it 10 times more immersive!

    I would second more dishes. I would love fruit salad, and pumpkin soup as food items. Giving eggs more recipes would be good too. In addition, I think food should reflect the effort pup into it. I.E. a stew or soup or dish like that should provide high saturation and restore a large amount hunger. Maybe to balance this make some of these foods required to be placed like cake or have extra benefits when eaten from a serving dish.

    Also, there is a piece of feedback under review currently about rice which I think would slot in well with this food update
